Simonetta Stefanelli is an Italian actress and entrepreneur. She was born on July 30, 1954 in Rome, Italy. Stefanelli is best known for her role as Apollonia Vitelli-Corleone in the 1972 film "The Godfather." She also appeared in several other films including "Gomorrah," "The Big Family," and "The Syndicate: A Death in the Family."
In addition to her acting career, Stefanelli has also worked as a fashion designer and businesswoman. She launched her own line of clothing and accessories in the 1980s, which was well-received in Italy.
